These terms govern your use of our website and services. By visiting www.kinnected.uk or working with Kinnected, you agree to the following:

1, Services

Kinnected provides remote business support and virtual assistant services. All service details and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

 

2, Payments

Invoices are issued monthly or as agreed. Payment is due within (7) days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise.

3, Cancellations

You may cancel services with a minimum of [30 days] written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

4, Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Respond in a timely manner

  • Respect agreed deadlines and payment terms

5, Confidentiality​

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share any business or personal data without written permission.

6, Liability

Kinnected is not liable for any indirect loss or damage resulting from services provided. We do not guarantee outcomes, but we commit to providing services with care and professionalism.

7, Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email.
