NO! you are not tied-in to any long-term contract. Within our agreement contract I ask for you to give me 30 working days notice if you should wish to discontinue the support.

Yes! you can add or reduce your monthly hours as and when you require. 30 days notice is all that's needed.

Hours are NOT carried over to the following month, but I do keep a weekly log. If you seem to be accumulating hours you're more than welcome to add more tasks to fill the extra hours or reduce your hours moving forward.

Payment is always paid in advance, 7 days from receipt of your invoice.

we can share files either via email or utilise a secure shared drives such as Google Drive, One-drive or Drop-Box. I can scan and send too. In some cases, the post or a courier may be another option.

Everything I do is treated with the strictest confidence. I am used to working in confidential environments and fully understand the importance of confidentiality.

I am ICO registered and fully comply with GDPR.

My devices are encrypted and the cloud storage I use is GDPR securely compliant.

Absolutely! as a company I have Professional indemnity, Public liability, Employers liability and Cyber insurance.

You will be notified as soon as possible. Any paid hours will either be credited back or made up at the earliest convenience on return.

Annual Leave will be made well in advance, any deadlines will be met before my annual leave starts.

YES! I am able to work on-site if there is a requirement for me to do so., This will be dependent on location, time and availability. This may incur additional expenses.
