Hi, my name is Kineta I’m the founder of Kinnected. I started this business because helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do.
I began my career at Anglian Home Improvements, where I spent five years in a busy, fast-paced environment. It was here that I built strong foundations in organisation, customer service, administration, and working to deadlines. I was the person people relied on to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
After that, I made a big life change and went on to run my own childminding business which I have done for the past ten years. Being self-employed taught me far more than any job ever could. From managing schedules, finances, compliance paperwork and safeguarding records to liaising confidently with local authorities, health professionals, early year teams and families. Staying calm under pressure and juggling a hundred things at once.
Running my own business gave me first-hand experience of what it’s really like to wear all the hats.
That’s exactly why I created Kinnected!
Why I do what I do
Over the years, I’ve seen how quickly administration builds up and how easily it steals your time, energy, and focus. I know how it feels to be stretched thin and trying to keep everything together.
